In 2001, we were awarded FEMA’s disaster housing inspections contract. Since that time, we have performed over a million inspections in many states and U.S. Territories around the world.
Our inspectors are among the most experienced and respected in the business. Many have received commendations from FEMA and letters of thanks from disaster victims.
Our training program, which is based on classroom, as well as ongoing field training, is second to none. PaRR’s staff has developed such innovations as online tutorials to enhance our training. This innovation gives an inspector or student the ability to perform practice inspections on our website. These interactive inspections can be performed on dwellings which were damaged in an actual disaster.
Forward thinking, and years of previous disaster experience within our senior staff, has led to other inspection related and time saving innovations. One of these innovations is something we call "PaRR Central". You will learn more about PaRR Central and other PaRR innovations in our training classes and in the field.

PaRR is pleased to announce that once again we have been re-selected for the FEMA Disaster Housing Contract for another five years!!!!! PaRR is very excited about the opportunity to continue its high level of service to FEMA and remain in a position to assist the victims of federally declared disasters. PaRR would like to thank all of its inspectors, employees, and subcontractors for their excellent work and many contributions during the last six years and look forward to continuing our strong working relationship over the next five years.
Once again, Doug Frost, Ron Klause, Larry Altman and the entire PaRR management team wish to extend a heartfelt … "Congratulations to the PaRR Team".
