Become a Disaster Housing Inspector Contractor, Serving the Gulf Coast Region
The Gulf Coast region of the United States frequently experiences severe acts of nature in states that
include: Florida, Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, and Texas. Widespread devastation to homes primarily
caused by hurricane, flood, and tornado frequently leads the governor of the affected state to ask the
Federal government for help. Once FEMA has declared the Gulf Coast areas a disaster in need of Federal
assistance, housing inspectors may be deployed to any one of these states.
PaRR Inspections is dedicated to preparing already qualified individuals for the
disaster recovery experience through orientation and mock inspection. Our services
leverage your experience and resources, enabling you to prepare for deployment as
an independent contractor into the field of disaster housing inspections.
If you are qualified and registered with PaRR Inspections through our streamlined
online application and orientation process, you will be contacted regarding potential
and on-going disasters. PaRR Inspections innovative technology equips you for the
field as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Becoming a Disaster Housing Inspector Contractor in the Gulf Coast Region Has
Never Been Easier!

These documents are located on the Forms page under the Account Info tab after you log in.

- Step 5: Begin the background investigation process by doing one of the following:
- If there is a PaRR Fingerprint Session scheduled to be in your area, register for
the session of your choice to have your fingerprints taken by a PaRR representative.
- If a PaRR Fingerprint Session is not available in your area, contact the Background
Dept. via email at background@parrinspections.com and request a fingerprint packet.
(Please see Background Investigation Process for complete details.)
- Once your fingerprints come back “favorable,” you will be contacted to complete
the e-QIP portion of the background process.

- Step 6: Once you have obtained a PaRR Inspector ID and your e-QIP has come back
as Favorable, you will be eligible for deployment as a Disaster Housing Inspector.

After you get your inspector number, you can also register for a Mock Inspection. If you get deployed,
but have not yet attended a Mock Inspection, then
you will attend a Mock Inspection before picking up your equipment at the disaster
