PaRR Inspections is committed to serving disaster victims, FEMA’s ultimate clients, through fair and accurate implementation of the Individuals and Households Program, by providing high quality, timely FEMA housing inspections and related services.
In 2001, PaRR Inspections was awarded FEMA’s disaster housing inspections contract. Since that time, we have performed over 3.4 million inspections in approximately 150 disaster responses in many states and U.S. Territories.
Our inspectors are among the most experienced and respected in the business. Many have received commendations from FEMA and letters of thanks from disaster victims.
Our training program, which is based on detailed online and hands-on classroom training, as well as ongoing field training, is second to none. PaRR’s staff continues to develop such innovations as our Portable Disaster Structure used in our Mock Inspection classes to enhance our training. This innovation gives an inspector the ability to perform a practice inspection on a structure that simulates a typical inspection scenario that they might meet out in the field.
Forward thinking, and years of previous disaster experience within our senior staff, has led to other inspection related and time saving innovations. We continue to develop these innovations so that our inspectors are the best and most accurate inspectors out in the field.
